SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
House of Icon currently ships to addresses within South Africa only.

Shipping rates
Free door-to-door courier on all orders

Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within:
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 2–3 business days
- Outlying and regional areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, load shedding, courier backlogs or incorrect address details are outside our control.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by email once your parcel is collected by the courier.

Delivery addresses
We deliver to physical street addresses and workplaces. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly, and re-delivery to a corrected address will be charged at the standard R89 rate.

Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you using the details supplied at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which will be charged at the standard rate.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and email us at hello@houseoficon.co.za within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it with the courier.
